			<title>盐水虾</title>

			<description>&lt;img class=&quot;limited&quot; alt=&quot;&quot; src=&quot;http://www.sinzy.net/Test/i2/i200696144159_sdvmag55_125.JPG&quot; style=&quot;border:0;&quot; /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;【原料】基围虾，香葱，生姜，黄酒，盐&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;【做法】&lt;br /&gt;1、基围虾洗净，剪去长须须，如果有耐心最好挑去沙肠（我和一只虾顽抗奋斗了5min后，放弃！好在菜场的虾都是吐尽泥沙的，也不脏……）&lt;br /&gt;2、锅里少加点点油，烧热，放香葱和生姜丝略爆一下&lt;br /&gt;3、下基围虾，加黄酒，翻炒几下后加水（水不要太多，浸过虾1/3就行了），加盐，翻炒&lt;br /&gt;4、等虾都弯起身子，变得通红，就好了，出锅，开吃&lt;br /&gt;虾肉滑嫩而鲜味十足，放冷了当凉菜也相当棒 &lt;br /&gt;</description>
