ADM--Accenture Delivery Methodology
在所有咨询公司中,埃森哲以方法论为主导的知识管理著称.
现在我所在的项目中,就强调ADM的管理,利用ADT作为管理工具.
这两天用ADM做项目预算和plan,有一个estimator,很牛的.
简单来说,就是根据开发,实施项目的不同特性,将项目分成不同的category,such as
Custome Development,Packaged Development.
Each category has a excel file to evaluate the effort and cost,risk.Based on the previous experiences accumulation,accenture classified these different type and created various expressions,methodology to help Project manager to arrange the resource and time.
比如,将你的项目分成不同的模块,每个模块选择不同的种类,有数据库设计啊,流程开发等.按照这些方式填好,estimator就会把最终的effort算出来.
还能够导出到project里面,这样,项目管理人员就根据这个project file to trace and manage the project.
我算了两天,调整人员和预算,直到做到每天每个人都有活干,每隔一段时间都有key deliverables出来.
真tm的细致,但是其实很多项目都是仅仅follow这个流程,并没有实施下去,因为项目过程中未知的东西和因素太多了.
但是有这么一个process和方法,还是有好处的
