Spending one morning to study RSS, whoops, downloading a RSS reader software named firedemon, but can not achieve the goal to export all my log into a OPML or XML file. In RSS reader, only one webpage content can be displayed in the XML format. And some access requested are rejected by our internal network. I should try it at home.
