我测试的结果:
Entrepreneurial Attributes Scale (EAS) 47
If your score is between 45 and 54, this means that your interests and the way you describe yourself are similar to entrepreneurs to the same extent as most business professionals. Having a score in this average range does not mean that you lack entrepreneurial interests. Some entrepreneurs have scores in this range. The best interpretation of a score in the average range is that your interests and self-description are neither highly similar nor dissimilar to entrepreneurs.
别人的结果:
Entrepreneurial Attributes Scale (EAS) 57
A score of 55 or higher indicates that your interests and self-description are significantly more similar to entrepreneurs than those of most business professionals.
A high or very high range EAS does not necessarily mean that an entrepreneurial career path is best for you. Neither the EAS nor any other career inventory scale can predict success or failure in an independent business. There are many other factors such as management skill, experience, access to capital and other business resources, and the value represented by alternative career options that must go into a decision to pursue an entrepreneurial career. But a high or very high range score on the EAS does indicate that your interests and your self-description are very much like the interests and self-descriptions of people who very much enjoy entrepreneurial careers -- and as such is important information to have.
Perhaps the best way to think about a high or very high range EAS scale score is as an indication that you will value entrepreneurial organizational cultures, whether or not you choose to start or own your own business. An entrepreneurial culture is one that: values individual initiative; provides genuine autonomy; moves profit and loss responsibility as far down in the organizational structure as possible; aggressively structures compensation to reward individual initiative; and assumes that individuals are willing to take compensation risks in favor of exceptional compensation opportunities that will be realized with the success of the business.
Entrepreneurial cultures attract individuals who see themselves as innovative, creative, autonomous, prefer less structure in job descriptions, are less tied to traditional definitions of career progress and are more willing to take risks (though the effective entrepreneur, like any effective business professional, always seeks to reduce risk).
If your EAS score is in the high or very high range, it is more likely that you will prefer an organizational culture of this nature. Many larger companies are realizing the value of creating entrepreneurial cultures and are creating organizational structures that allow for smaller, more nimble business units that operate as virtual entrepreneurial centers within the larger organization. Working in settings such as these may well satisfy individuals with higher range EAS scores. Thus the greatest value of the EAS score is as an indicator to help you locate the most rewarding organizational culture, whether or not this means owning your own business.
